How Do I....
Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

If you are taking regular medication you may be given a repeat prescription. There are a number of ways you may order the items you need:

  • Post the tear-off slip or simply drop it into the surgery. If you provide a stamped addressed envelope we will post it back to you.
  • Fax your requirements to 01622 688676.

Please give the practice a minimum of two full days prior to collecting. If you want us to direct your prescription to a particular pharmacy, please indicate which pharmacy by circling one of the following choices on your form:

  • Boots (King Street or Fremlins Walk)
  • Central Pharmacy
  • Lloyds (Grove Green)
  • Paydens
  • Links
